Mad Illustrators owner Myrick Wilson was born into entrepreneurship. So when he sought to expand his successful Fresno-based screen printing business, Myrick knew to look for the best funding source – and financial partner – that he could find.
“On top of Access Plus being very nurturing, and helping you and doing whatever is necessary to prepare you to receive your funds, they have the cheapest rates,” said Myrick. “At the end of the day, it’s about the bottom line, and they have the cheapest rates for entrepreneurs.”
With the funds he received, Myrick was able to purchase new screen printing equipment and move his business into a larger, 4,000 square foot facility, allowing him to take on bigger projects.
“We needed funding that was essential to our growth,” said Myrick. “That new equipment was essential to our product development.”
Now, Myrick no longer has to send his customers to other vendors when they approach him with large printing projects that, previously, he was unable to take on.
“The new equipment allows me to offer products that I did not offer before,” said Myrick. “It allows us to do anything from a billboard to posters to memorial shirts to election banners. Which is additional revenue for us.”
