Access Plus Capital is proud to serve as the convening organization of the SCALE Fresno (Fresno Small Business Ecosystem Network) —an alliance of 21 local organizations working together to uplift small businesses through a shared commitment to capital access, capacity building, and strategic collaboration.
With generous support from The James Irvine Foundation, this network represents a powerful, community-rooted response to the economic and systemic barriers small businesses continue to face.
We expand access to fair, flexible financing so small businesses—especially from underserved communities—can start and grow.
We provide business education, coaching, and culturally responsive support to strengthen entrepreneurs at every stage.
We connect organizations to share resources, reduce duplication, and create a seamless experience for the businesses we serve.
This network was formed to remove silos, increase connectivity, and deliver deeper impact across communities.
Together, we’re building a system where every entrepreneur—regardless of background—has access to the tools, knowledge, and funding they need to thrive.
If you're a business-serving organization or stakeholder interested in strengthening Fresno’s entrepreneurial landscape, we'd love to connect.
