These features spotlighted our groundbreaking Bonding, Technical Assistance, and Contracting program (BTAC), which is transforming the landscape for small and minority-owned contractors in Fresno and surrounding counties.
Fresno, a city experiencing rapid growth with an estimated population of 542,012 people in 2020, is facing an increasing demand for qualified contractors in the construction and public works sector, both locally and at the state level.
